AUDREY GYGI
Audrey is a Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Utah. She currently holds 5 Nationally recognized Personal Training Certifications; NASM, ACE, AFFA, NESTA, and APEX. She is also certified in Post-Rehab for people with chronic diseases and disabilities. She has helped people recover from back, shoulder, hip, and knee surgeries as well as prepared clients for surgeries. She is a specialist in assisted stretching for people looking to improve their flexibility, increase range of motion, lower risk of injury, and/or improve sports performance in games such as tennis and golf.
Audrey's mission is to help people set and reach fitness goals by supplying knowledge and experience of the 7 key components of fitness:

- Professional Assistance
Audrey has been into fitness and sports ever since she was a little girl. She started designing her own in-home workouts when she was about 10 years old and has loved fitness and working out ever since. She played many sports growing up including Volleyball, Swimming, Baseball, and Basketball. She loves all activities and currently participates in Volleyball, Golf, Tennis, Martial Arts, Yoga, Running, and Hiking whenever possible.
Audrey's Business SPIRE was created to inSPIRE people, help people aSPIRE to what they want to be, and help them perSPIRE and achieve their fitness goals.

KARIMEE GARN

Karimee has always had a love for fitness and exercise sports. She grew up being very physically active and always tried to get other people involved. She is always very positive and loves sharing her energy with other people. She has worked with the University of Utah PEAK Academy performing biometric screening, VO2 Max tests, SubMax tests, BodPod tests, evaluating fitness classes and teaching fitness classes.
Karimee has a great amount of experience in taking blood pressure, body circumferences, BMIs, analyzing lipid profiles, several types of body composition tests, exercise fitness tests and many other aspects regarding physical health. She is also a trained dancer, and teaches dance classes as well.
Karimee has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Utah in Exercise and Sport Science with a Fitness Leadership emphasis and a Nutrition Minor. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM and certified in CPR and First-Aid. She has taught a variety of fitness classes including; Step aerobics, Kick boxing, Pilates, Yoga, Circuit Training, Boot Camp, Water aerobics and Dance aerobics. She loves helping people increase their health, improve their fitness, and accomplish exercise goals they never thought they could.
Karimee has designed exercise and diet programs for a variety of clients. Her programs include everything from increasing energy and performance, losing and/or maintaining weight, increasing endurance and flexibility, decreasing body fat % and circumference measurements, proper form for exercises, gaining strength, and improving overall health and fitness. She incorporates all of these skills plus more in her Spire boot camp programs. She loves working with new clients, old clients, and is looking forward to meeting you.
