About Spire Boot Camp
What is Spire Boot Camp?
Spire boot camp is a four week fitness program for women and men, designed to improve your physical fitness. The program includes Cardiovascular Exercise, Resistance/Weight Training, Pilates and Yoga/Stretching. It is led by nationally certified fitness professionals to ensure that results and proper form are achieved. You will be inspired, motivated, and held accountable in a fun and supportive environment.

How often will we meet?
We will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. All boot camps will start and end on time. Please arrive on time so that you get the full benefit of the workout. Camps are currently from 5:30 AM - 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM with more times to be added soon.
You will need to bring:
- Workout towel
- Water
- Yoga/exercise mat
- Pair of small hand weights (3-10 lbs.)
- You should wear running/walking shoes and comfortable clothes to perspire in.
How much does it cost?
Each 4 - week boot camp is $299 for up to 5 days/week. We have also provided the option of attending up to 3 days/week for a reduced price of $199. You have the opportunity to transform your body and your life for less than $14.99 per session! Most personal trainers charge anywhere from $50 - $150 per hour and that only includes resistance training. You are getting resistance/weight training PLUS cardio, flexibility, and nutrition all in one program!
Note: We highly recommend 5 days a week if you are serious about changing your body. However, for people brand new to exercise or people who just have a busy schedule, but really want to improve their fitness, we offer the 3 days/week option.
